Endocrinologist Professor Gulshad Hassan said complications of diabetes can be controlled by reducing blood pressure, smoking and cholesterol.

Controlling weight and waistline, eating in moderation and taking daily exercise and walking can prevent the complications of this disease. If someone develops diabetes despite efforts, he should be taken care of like a life partner.Do not ignore the patient’s doctor’s instructions and do not try to self-treat at home.
