Infostani Sources- Sheikh Abul Hasanat Wal-Qarnain from the Special Court, established under the Official Secrecy Act, has postponed the hearing of Sah Farkis against former Prime Minister Imran Khan and ex-Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi until December 12. On that day, the court will file the charges. The court conducted a hearing at Adiala Jail on Monday, permitting media personnel to enter the jail for press coverage badges as ordered by the Judicial Magistrate.

Former Chairman of PTI and Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi received a copy of the case from the court. During the second hearing, the initial single entrance expanded to two entrances on the last day, with one door designated for Mad or Afar, and the other reserved for Bij, Chairman, and Vice Chairman of PTI. Former Prime Minister Imran Khan, the main accused, entered the court at 11:03, while Shah Mahmood Qureshi, another accused, entered at 11:50. Haj arrived at 9:00. Imran Khan entered the courtroom dressed as a martyr, and Leela wore a sweater, a lighter odor, and a white hi-tech outfit. Shah Mahmood Qureshi wore a shalwar kameez and a gray vest. Upon entering, Imran Khan picked up a chair and kept it close to him. A wooden sheet divided the room into two parts in front of the Bilalila courtroom dais. On one side, the two accused and their families sat, while on the other side, 15 people, representing the media and the public, sat wearing watches.

Media people took off their watches at the door. During the distribution of copies, Imran Khan came to the rostrum and informed Bij that he would call General Bajwa and American diplomats as witnesses in the Ross case. Holding a small black olive rosary, the former prime minister chatted and shared secrets with Bushra. Later, Bushra replaced Mati with his elder sister Aleema Khan, and they continued listening to each other for 25 minutes. Finally, Bushra and the three sisters started meeting together, during which the former prime minister greeted Shah Mahmood Qureshi’s wife, daughter, and son.

After the hearing, the former prime minister addressed the media, requesting 15 minutes. He appeared healthy. Tehreek-e-Insaf sought an early hearing of the petition against the Official Secrets Amendment Act. The Magistrate Office filed an appeal against the objections, advocating for a prompt hearing. The Accountability Court of Islamabad formally initiated the hearing of the 190 million pound tax fraud case. Haj Muhammad Bashir instructed the former chairman of PTI to appear tomorrow. Also summoning Bushra and extending his interim bail until then.

The court ordered a report from the app and issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Shehzad Akbar, Farah Hogi, Zulfi Bukhari, and other absconding accused. The next hearing is scheduled for Adiala Jail, where lawyers must present arguments. NAB named Bushra as an accused in the challan. Due to the cancellation of the cause list by the 2-member bench of the Lahore High Court led by Justice Alia Neelum. The hearing on the dismissal of the chairman’s bail for non-compliance in the May 9 cases couldn’t proceed.

As a result, the chairman adjourned the clock indefinitely and called for restoring guarantees. Rawalpindi’s Special Correspondent, Pani Chairman of Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister, stated. “I want to convey a message to the nation that your captain is ready to fight till his last breath.”

I urge those who love Khan and the rule of law, who are ideologically driven, to actively participate in voting in the presence of the Chairman.  The former Prime Minister reiterated, stating clearly that PTI will emerge victorious in the elections. Pointing out their success despite challenges in the past, such as the situation with Mujibur Rahman. Despite concerns that they might avoid the elections, he emphasized the need for supporters to come forward.

Comparing Legacies: Ex-Prime Minister Imran Reflects on Selfless Service and Government Performance

Drawing a comparison, he highlighted Shah Mahmood Yole, who, like Mahatma Gandhi, didn’t seek any position but contributed selflessly. Reflecting on his own journey, the former prime minister expressed contentment. Asserting that he doesn’t require a position and has secured a place in the hearts of Khan and PTI supporters. He went on to state that during their government, the growth rate exceeded six percent. But under the current administration, it has dwindled to zero. Expressing disbelief, he questioned the actions of the current government, emphasizing that the people are not foolish.

Addressing his imprisonment, he portrayed it as a form of worship and expressed gratitude to political leaders for their support. Likening it to leaving an impact as significant as the moon.
