During the meeting, they asked about his well-being and deliberated on the overall political situation, the upcoming general elections, and seat adjustment. The delegation from Muslim League (N) included President Shehbaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz, Rana Sana, Ayaz Sadiq, Azam Nazir Tarar, Maryam and Nagzeeb, Attaullah Tarar, Bilal Azhar Kayani. Representing the Q-League were Chaudhry Wajahat Hussain, Chaudhry Shafi Hussain, and Chaudhry Salik Hussain. Sources indicate that Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif discussed Chaudhry Shujaat’s health and delved into the political situation and the upcoming general elections during the meeting.

Chaudhry Shafi Hussain will contest the Punjab Assembly seat from Gujarat City, while the Muslim League (N) candidate will vie for the National Assembly seat. PML-N’s Election Prep: Condolences, Candidate Interviews, and Vision for Progress

Shahbaz Sharif noted Salik Hussain’s active role in his cabinet. Additionally, Nawaz Sharif visited the family of the late Caretaker Prime Minister Mir Balkh Sher Mazari to offer condolences. Maryam Nawaz, Maryam, Nagzeeb, and Sheikh Fayazuddin were also present. Nawaz Sharif condoled with Mir Tariq Khan Mazari, Sardar Riaz Mazari, Sardar Dost Mohammad Mazari, Sardar Murad Bakhsh Mazari, and other families. Meanwhile, the PML-N’s parliamentary board, led by Nawaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif, continued interviewing candidates for the general elections. The party interviewed more than 100 candidates for 16 National Assembly seats and 51 Provincial Assembly seats in Balochistan.
