Nomination Surge: Pakistan Prepares for 2024 Elections

Infostani International- The submission of nomination papers for participants in the 2024 general elections for the National Assembly and the four provincial assemblies across the country has concluded. The initial list of candidates, including political leaders such as PML-N Leader Nawaz Sharif, Founder Chairman of Tehreek-e-Insaf, Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, former President Asif Ali Zardari, Maryam Nawaz, Shehbaz Sharif, Maulana Fazlur Rahman, and others, has been released. The submission period will continue until December 31.

Other prominent leaders, including Maulana Fazlur Rahman, Khawaja Saad Rafique, Abdul Aleem Khan. Submitted nomination papers for various constituencies in both National Assembly and Provincial Assembly.

Also the candidates can withdraw their nomination papers until January 12. The election authorities will allot election symbols on January 13, and the elections are scheduled for February 8.
